Unfortunately, I was sick the whole time I wsa in New Orleans, so I did not get to see too much of the partiers on Bourbon Street on Halloween. But, you know what? They were people in costumes. They look like people in costumes everywhere else, except maybe their naughty bits were hanging out a bit more. And this is a high-class website!
